My work trip was exhausting, and I am so glad it is all over.
My next costume project is for a SCA event in end of May. It will be my first so I am very excited about that. It will be of Norse themed. My husband will be a European trader of spice and I will be dressed in a Kimono. ;)
My fabric selection is mostly more rugged cotton in duller colors. Since this is an out door event, and I am not sure if I should be using very expensive a elaborate materials. I did get fur trim for the look of a colder climate. I will keep the sketches as a secret right now, but when I start the project next month, i will be for sure to post!
Now slightly related, this is the finished photo of the Rogue Jacket I did near the end of last year.
